The Giants Live team approached CW2 to help develop their online presence, regain control over content authoring & publishing, improve customer engagement and offer new e-commerce functionality to sell merchandise online.
The new e-commerce platform allows fans of strong man to purchase Giants Live merchandise online. Having a loyal following around the world, the new e-commerce store allows fans to purchase Giants Live apparel simply and conveniently from any location at any time.
To support the launch of the new website and e-commence store CW2 have provided creative support to help design social media campaigns and produced branded supporting visual assets. Campaigns developed by CW2 have helped the Giants Live team raise awareness and promote the relaunch of their online presence. Utilising social channels, athlete engagement and strategic thinking the campaigns have engaged with existing fans and introduced new users to the world of strong man and the Giants Live brand, helping Giants Live elevate their profile and sell-out tickets.
The new website was designed to be familiar and easy to use by Giants Live’s existing loyal fanbase, and to also appeal to new visitors discovering the brand and strong man events for the first time. Replacing an old, clunky and poorly structured website, the new site provides users with easy access to show information & tickets sales, athlete & event details as well as topical information and news.
The site follows responsive design principals, providing visitors and fans of the sport with an optimal experience on all modern devices and screen resolutions. Developed using Orchard CMS site content can now be managed by the Giants Live team.
